Why we built it
We saw a need for a forecasting and scheduling tool that was not part of a larger expensive ERP, and not bundled into a construction management system only used by general contractors. Scheduling and workforce forecasting is a time-consuming job faced by contractors of every size, and the tools for it were either enormous or improvised.
So the goal was narrow on purpose: build the scheduling piece properly, and make it something you can try without talking to a sales rep and use without paying for implementation. That is still how it works. The trial runs for 30 days, there is no setup fee, and the pricing is one flat annual plan rather than a charge per person.
