CrewSnap is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards as we build and maintain this site.

This statement applies only to the the publicly-available informational and marketing website you are visiting now.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. CrewSnap targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Based on our self-evaluation, we are not aware of any remaining accessibility barriers on this website measured against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. See Assessment Approach below for how we evaluated this.

2. Measures to Support Accessibility

CrewSnap takes the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Built our design system's color palette around a documented tonal ramp, and checked text and interactive elements against WCAG contrast requirements.
  • Conducted a structured accessibility review of every page against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, and fixed the issues it found.
  • Use semantic HTML landmarks (navigation, main content, and footer regions) throughout the site.
  • Support full keyboard operation, including custom interactive elements such as the expandable video and screenshots, with visible focus indicators.
  • Provide a "skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Respect your device's reduced-motion setting: if you have Reduce Motion turned on, our hero video will not autoplay, and we show a play button instead.
  • Plan to re-review accessibility whenever we make significant design or content changes.

3. Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

CrewSnap relies on modern web standards (semantic HTML, CSS, and WAI-ARIA) and is built to work with current versions of major browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, along with their built-in assistive technology support, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA. It has not been tested against older or unsupported browser versions.

4. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of CrewSnap relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • WAI-ARIA, where semantic HTML alone isn't sufficient

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

5. Assessment Approach

CrewSnap assessed the accessibility of this website through self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, including review of color contrast, semantic structure, and keyboard operability. We have not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit.
