Common questions
What is included in the annual plan?
Up to 100 active and projected projects, 250 employees / resources, 50 trades, 25 users (logins), and no startup or implementation fee. If any of those ceilings is the wrong shape for your operation, the enterprise tier exists for exactly that.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Implementation is $0. There is no onboarding package to buy and no professional-services line, which is deliberate: a scheduling tool you cannot start using without paying someone to install it is not really a self-serve product.
Do you charge per user?
No. There is no per-user tier and no revenue-based pricing. Adding a foreman, a superintendent, or a project manager does not change what you pay, up to the plan's user ceiling. This matters more in construction than elsewhere, because the people who most need to see the schedule are usually the ones added last.
What happens if we outgrow the plan limits?
That is what the enterprise tier is for: more projects, more users, or a different structure entirely. It is priced to the situation rather than published, so it starts with a conversation.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial runs 30 days with no card and no sales call. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of it; continuing is something you choose to do by adding a payment method.
Are payments refundable?
Our terms state that payments are non-refundable unless required by law. That is the reason the trial is a full 30 days with no card: the intent is that you decide before you pay, rather than paying and then deciding.
